Camille Trott is an executive coach and facilitator at The John Maxwell Company. She is an accomplished professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in the areas of administration, communications, and executive events.
Camille is the president and chief executive officer of Austin Communications, LLC, a leadership development and consulting firm that serves professionals, not-for-profit organizations, and businesses through coaching and training to consistently improve team results and positively impact their leaders’ level of effectiveness.
Prior to joining The John Maxwell Company, Camille was a successful associate of AMB Group, LLC, the parent company and investment and support services of The Blank Family of Businesses. She served as senior manager, where she facilitated and managed oversight of varying projects for Chairman Arthur Blank, whose portfolio includes The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, PGA TOUR Superstore, Atlanta Falcons Football Club, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, FC, a Major League Soccer team, and Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. In addition, working with one of the nation’s most notable businessmen and philanthropists, she has managed numerous projects involving senior leaders, Fortune 500 companies, media, and civic and philanthropic organizations. She is most proud of her oversight and management of President Barack Obama’s fund-raising event at the Blank Family Office in 2013.
As a certified speaker, coach and trainer with the international John Maxwell Team, Camille challenges audiences to live their lives with purpose, innovative thinking, and positive change. She is a well-respected, influential businesswoman and community leader.
Camille loves reading non-fiction, mentoring women in business, and spending quality time with her husband, David, and two sons, David Jr. and Amiel. Her passion is to influence others by leading by example and helping to equip leaders in their paths to success. She resides in the Atlanta area.
