Kim Shreckengost is a versatile senior executive optimizing the processes and structure of John C. Maxwell’s enterprise.
As COO, Kim guides the day-to-day operations, processes, accountability and execution across The John Maxwell Company, The John Maxwell Team, EQUIP Leadership, and The John Maxwell Leadership Foundation.
Kim formerly served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer of AMB Group, the parent company of the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC and PGA TOUR Superstore and Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. She was an integral team member in the development and construction of Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta and the start-up of Atlanta United FC. Prior to joining AMB Group in 2001, Kim served as vice president of corporate affairs and executive to the CEO at The Home Depot.
A native of Wayne, Mich., Kim graduated with distinction from Wayne State University in Detroit, receiving a Bachelor of Science in business administration. Kim is a former working group member of the NFL’s Committee on Workplace Diversity and served on the advisory boards of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream.
