Should additional users need access to the digital resource, a separate purchase is required to comply with the copyright of the material. Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. In an event of speculated fraud, we will be in contact with you to best understand before processing your order.

Typically, free shipping promotions apply only to those orders shipping within the United States. If you qualify for free shipping, the 'Free Shipping' shipping method will be available to you during check out. In addition, you can forgo the free shipping option and choose an expedited option at any time. TJMC typically ships with FedEx SmartPost and USPS First Class & Priority Mail during our Free Shipping promotions. However, we will occassionally use FedEx Ground, for higher weight orders. TJMC reserves the right to use any available shipping method when Free Shipping is chosen by the customer.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Orders containing pre-sale products will ship when the pre-sale product is released. We will contact you regarding any orders of out-of-stock items for you guidance on how to process our order, including but not limited to processing your order at a later date, shipping a substitute item or cancelling & refunding your order. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. The John Maxwell Co Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. The most likely scenarios that will effect your order to not be shipped are:

  • incomplete address
  • potentially fraudulent order
  • any order containing a pre-sale item
  • any order on backorder
  • any order with product no longer in production

If we encounter any order that meets any of the criteria above, we will require further communication in order to solidify your order for processing.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or a pre-sale order, which will delay fulfillment of your order. In general, pre-sale items and any other non-digital items purchased in the same order as a pre-sale item will be released at the same time. For out-of-stock items, we will seek your guidance on how to proceed with your order, including shipping at a later date, providing a substitute item or cancelling & refunding your order. Pre-Sale Resources

It is our desire to serve you best by delivering your order as requested per your shipping term selected upon checkout plus our 1-2 business day handling time. Ensuring we maintain excellent service, any order that includes a pre-sale order will be shipped at the release date noted for the pre-sale resource. If you prefer to receive any additional resources before the release of your pre-sale resource(s), there are two options we offer to provide you timely service:

  1. Place a second order, separate from your pre-sale resource(s).
  2. Give us a call at (800) 333-6506 to serve you in placing your orders.

If there are multiple pre-sale resources on your order, it will ship on the latest pre-sale release date. (Example: Your order includes: Book 1 that releases on 4/15/2015 and Book 2 that releases on 9/10/2015 - the order will ship on 9/10/2015 and include both Book 1 and Book 2)

Any orders that include both in-stock and pre-sale resources will be shipped at the chosen shipping method at the release date of the latest pre-sale resource. See Example above.


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from The John Maxwell Co Store, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).

Exceptions for Returns

Digital download purchases are non-refundable. These files are placed onto your store account and immediately available upon purchase. Because of this no refunds can be issued for digital product purchases.

Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Handling for international orders can take up to 5 days for manual processing before orders are given to FedEx for delivery. For domestic orders, FedEx is the preferred carrier. We provide tracking and guarantee orders shipped via FedEx. Example: An order placed on Monday with FedEx Express Saver will be delivered by the following Monday. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for HI & AK.

Free Shipping promotions are shipped using any available shipping methods at the discretion of TJMC. Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground, SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are usually sent via FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, all of which are delivered by the USPS. TJMC reserves the right to use any shipping method that will ensure orders arrive within the shipping & handling times on our Shipping page.

We currently do not offer shipping with USPS. While their shipping fees may to be a bit lower than FedEx, we have not experienced consistent delivery for all of our customers. If you would like us to ship your order via USPS, you can contact us at to request special delivery via USPS. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery or provide tracking for orders delivered via USPS. Additionally, orders not received via USPS will not be reshipped or refunded.

We do not accept PO Boxes for FedEx orders.

Orders shipped to military addresses can only be shipped via USPS. Please add 1-3 additional handling days for orders shipped to military addresses.


The handling times and preferred carrier above also apply to international orders. The shipping fees associated with your order do not include charges for customs clearance and any applicable brokerage charges. By placing your order, you agree to pay all additional clearance and brokerage. Orders refused for customs clearance charges will not be reshipped.


Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where The John Maxwell Co Store holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The John Maxwell Co Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. The John Maxwell Co Store shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The John Maxwell Co Store will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
